Luis Salazar Update

I posted the news when Salazar was hit in the face (left eye) by a line drive foul ball off of McCann's bat. This news update came rather shocking and even disturbing to me. Things looked to be going well and he would recover, however his left eye was removed after doctors were unable to save it.

I hope that this doesn't effect McCann and his play. He was bothered by it when the incident happened, but now knowing that the man lost an eye as a result is like rubbing a little salt in the wound.
